Hmm... I don't think there's enough here to categorize this as tech control. The collar doesn't appear mechanical or electronic in any way, and just resembles a normal studded collar. If it were glowing or something, it would at least qualify for hypnotic_accessory, but without even that, I vote that any induction method tags be removed and the pic removed from the Digital December pool.

I agree on this, I'm a little wary since I'm not familiar with the characters. Is someone familiar with Charmed? Is the collar a known prop from the show?

Looks like Seb put her shadow around the pole, but forgot to put it on the pole as well (the bottom), but still a great pic.
