I assume you colour this digital with multiple layers.
It seems like you forgot to put the layers with the black parts of Dawn and Serena and the darkpink skarf of Dawn below the original sketch. Because the original pencil strokes aren't visible.
Just saying because those solid color parts are disturbing the rest. A lighter shade of black would help as well.
