The redhead is getting acquainted with the effects of a discipline collar (one that bombards the wearer with mind numbing levels of pleasure when they obey an order of the one who put it on them, and cannot be removed by anyone else). She's not very happy about her current predicament, but she'll come around eventually ;)
As for the blonde... well, to be honest, I haven't set a specific scenario for how she's being controlled... her new owner just has too many options open to her for me to decide on just one...

1) who are the characters? fall from grace and annah, that is 2) what race(s) are they - Tiefling? Aasamir? 3) are there any indicators, such as the tattoo on the redhead, indicating one of the specific followings in planescape? Are psionics or magic being used here?

1) Fall-From-Grace and Annah are two recruitable party members from the game Planescape: Torment. Fall-From-Grace (often just Grace for short), the blonde one, is a "fallen" succubus, a priestess without a god, a teacher, and the madame of a high-class brothel in Sigil. Annah (the redhead) is a street urchin and a thief
2) Grace is a Succubus, and Annah is a Tiefling.
3) I'm not quite sure what you mean, though Grace is a Sensate and Annah is an Indept... I did not put any indicators of that into the picture, though.
4) Probably magic.

thanks! you answered all my questions - 3 was mainly because I know OF planescape [at least the D&D setting], but am not overly familiar with it, and someone's tattoo's might have had an interesting implication
