Okay, a few things:

- I forgot where I found the pic and I cannot seem to reverse image search it back up, so sadly it does not have a source.

- I'm not really satisfied with how it turned out, but I figured I'd at least upload it here before I deleted it on the off chance someone likey.

- Did you notice she was missing an arm?!

Not really, as the shoulder is still present. It's very misleading.

So I found it on Gelbooru (I just tried to describe the image as best as I could, "headset" seemed to crack the case! lol), but the pixiv link didn't seem to redirect to the correct image. Takayaki has a twitter where they post a lot of stuff, so I'm gonna guess it's lost in the trail there. Anybody have a better source link?
