Not bad, HypnoScythe! I still haven't jumped onto the Fairy Tail band wagon so I couldn't have even attempted this if I wanted. Simple, but so are the pics themselves & its much better to have order.
Wait this can't be real, she'll just use her Mary Sue powers to get out of hypnosis just like she wins and gets out of all of her fights with no explination at all

Fairy Tail is good till the timeskip then Mashima just gives up all arcs start and end the same, and it's very predictable and follows a very repetitive formula. The fights aren't that good and it's just full of asspulls and lazy writing

Ouch. Can't say that sounds appealing, but honestly, even when someone has told me a series is crap (One Piece or Naruto for example) I've still ended up becoming a major fan. I've got a good eye for catching anything good about a series (even if it isn't always enough to redeem it in most peoples eyes).
So, like One Piece, there's a time skip eh? About how far in are we talking about here? Volume or episode-wise?

Well I love One Piece and Naruto is decent but they have decent authors, Mashima follows this formula every arc

Pretty much every arc, Erza is the worst though jesus she's a living Mary Sue
But to the topic I looked it up it's Volume 30, Chpater 254. The main characters don't get any older since they were in suspended animation so they get random power ups again
