translate it a bit, well, i'm a total beginner on this, even with all those times spent on studying XD
i guess without playing visual novels constantly, mastering japanese is impossible :3

I guess I got all of her body writings.
Just a note, the symbol "正" is used as a counter of 5. So every completed symbol means something was counted 5 times.
Since there are 6 completed symbols it means she was used 30 times at least. There are 2 incomplete symbols with only 3 strikes, which means a total of 6 uses. Add those two and we have 36 times used.

And btw, 先輩=senpai　先生=sensei
