Edit: Also the characters name is anjou naruko. I've never watched Anohana. I here it's a pretty sad heartfelt anime. I've been meaning to get around to it.

In order to get tags to hold the proper color for character and copyright respectively, you want to prefix a tag that has not been used before with char: or copy:. For example, in this post, since neither the copyright nor character tag had been used before, you'd want to add the tags like this, without quotes: "copy:anohana" "char:naruko_anjou"
If a tag already has been used and has been given a tag type (and thus color) in the past, you don't need the prefixes and can just tag as normal.
