Still a better hypno snake than kaa.

Okay, you wanna know why I hate kaa so much? He's a terrible villain. Sure, his hypno power might be useful, but he's too clumsy to get away with using it effectively for long. Like, very clumsy. And he's too much of a coward to face up against a tiger, and just hypnotize the tiger HIMSELF!
There, now you know why I don't like kaa.
