Questions of MC aside (I could see one or two situations where this could happen. They involve a certain Commander being irrevocably dead)...
It is a core part of the canon that Miranda Lawson's father is Henry Lawson. And in a you can't pretend it away, large details of the game depend on it sort of way...

my bad, I thought I put malesub in the tags, but I guess I messed up; I did have hypnotized dom though....I mean, just take a look at his eyes

Yes, glowing blue as usual. The result of getting hit in the face with an alien shovel.
The rest of his face, on the other hand, should definitely not look like that; it does suggest reaper control. Although given the story of the games, the only times I can think of this happening are when Shepard dies, which is one of the second games non-canon endings. Otherwise, Kai Leng the professional ass hole, I mean assassin, shoots holes in this scenario.
