Hammer why the fuck does the victim, somehow alive or not (Sasori gave himself life, not his actual puppets) become okay when it's cute or hot girls? This is traight on implied snuff and certainly they work for Sasori, whether they can move of their own volition or not (which it seems Sakura only can.) I'm not saying this is bad here, people are into the stuff, just don't get your feelings criss crossed just because you consider someone or something cute and hot.

Sasori did it of his own will to himself, if you have read the manga and heard how he turns them into puppets this is disturbing of it's own accord haha, cute girls or not...

considering the sakura's green eyes vs the others red eyes, her position as dominater, and the sakura flowers on each of their stomach, she definitely seems different. we also can see that the rings around the flowers, which have the same tone as the chakra strings, have not yet fully closed, suggesting it is a process which is not yet finished

I think we can definitely rule out this being anything 'good' - given the large scorpion tail and other changes to sakura, she may be in charge , but she's clearly evil. Its also possible that its no longer sakura, but someone inhabiting the body that used to be hers

however, by the same token, this isn't cannon, and there's a lot of flexibility in what their magic can do - perhaps its a new jutsu, and they do yet main alive .... as puppets with little to no autonomy
