I don't think so, as cannon, I would assume the biting-lumping process is permanent without the antidote from - the only really weird things here are 1) they actually have a feminine shape instead of shapless lumps, although they are also not flying, and 2) finn turned into an exact copy of her, instead of a lumpy version of himself
