I try to help Hypnohub, but always just seem make things worse. :-/
Having read the tag description, it specifically mentions girls who appear prepubescent. Is that why the loli tag is not applicable here?

Generally speaking, loli is a body type, not an age. So yup, any character that appears to be prepubescent, regardless of what their source says about their age, is considered loli. Likewise, characters considered to be young in the source material but still have developed bodies do not qualify as loli. Hope that clarifies!

There's also the confusion of her being up next to Her Imperious Condescension, who is just *huge*. Vriska looks smaller than she is because of that.
