There you go. Not really satisfied with the translation, but it will do. Sadly there's no such thing as a good English equivalent for "ume." I mean, technical it's just an imperative of "give birth," but that doesn't really capture the feeling of the line in this case... I'm probably putting way too much thought into translating a single line of a pornographic drawing. lol

Still though, the fact you can do it at all is worthy of praise. I know of no-one who could do the same.
