I'm admittedly not 100% sure on this one. The creatures are sirens and the description mentions their hypnotic powers, but I'm not sure if the victim's eyes look entranced or if that's just the style of the pic.

Other pics of same author, without mc, don't have ring around eye. Also, siren on right does not have ring around eye.
