Damn it's been a long time. Yeah, confirm that they are from the BishoujoLand series. Can provide link to mcstories (it has the first few, the rest went up on a yahoo group).

Grim, for future reference, don't make tags for the characters if you aren't sure the tags are accurate. Use character_request in that situation.

Now, do these girls have last names, or should they all be tagged with _(hbl) after their names?

Man it has really been a long time. Jessica is introduced as 'Lt. Chabers' in the <<mcstories.com/BishoujuLandTwo/BishoujuLandTwo3.html|second one, third part>>. Military and red hair matches her description I think... Someone would probably have to track down the yahoo group for Sarah. I don't know if Sarah has a last name that got referenced. Sarah is the cyborg cop. Dawn is from hell, so if she has a last name, it is probably not something you would want to pronounce. On the other hand... yahoo group had a whole bunch of other parts of this series. It is possible they have character sketches as well.

Surprised you guys don't know more about this, it is a series about a guy who gets trapped in an alternate universe full of beautiful women. Who is given hypnotism powers. For science.
1
