I find it to be very funny that people believe that this is supposed to represent communism, when they obviously don't know what communism is about.
To clarify, this communism doesn't claim that everyone should be equal, it claims that everyone should have equal opportunities. Equestria is a society in which this is a core belief. (Everyone can do what he/she wants to do, because they will eventually discover what their destiny is, and therefor get their cutie mark.)
And that's why This is not communism and everyone who claims so, has no idea what communism is, and is most likely just an victim of propaganda.
