I love the fact that she's doing this walk since Peacock herself is based on 1930's and 40's Max and Dave Fleshier cartoon characters like Olive Oyl, and Olive herself actually did a lot of walking like this when she sleepwalked on construction sites or got hypnotized by a stage hypnotist Bluto. It makes perfect sense. :D

Oh, absolutely. I can almost hear her VA in my imagination, chanting "...you command... i obey... you command.. i obey...", or perhaps "yes mas-ter... your wish.. is my... command.... must.. obey... must... obey..."
Actually, i'm suddenly thinking of how amazing it would have been to have a shamanic, magic using, or hypnotist character in the game, that had a special move that pulled the other fighters over to them like that. (Despite the fact that it would be a cheap-as hell move, admittedly.) But i'd put up with the annoyance, if it meant all those girls in the game had to have this animation and chanting mantra lines recorded for 'em all. ehe

Some of the most attractive characters that I've seen from any game, and you chose Peacock. A good natured, but misplaced effort in my eyes. Good work on the coloring and shading, though.
Hey, that's like... your opinion :P. As someone who appreciates character-types ranging from statuesque bombshells to ugly-cute, we really don't get enough of the latter end of the spectrum in hypno art. I give kudos to Eshie for celebrating variety.
