So, the idea is that with the words she's actually saying, at first, she's doing her best to hold back. This character is a bit of a tsundere in general, so she's doing the best she can to regain control of herself and stop saying this.
Because of that, she's stuttering alot, and I imagine that she's fighting back the words as much as she can, and the fragments of her sentences are busting out with stutters. However, as it goes along, it becomes more and more relaxed. She's slowly giving in.
At the same time, the thought balloon text is what's going on in her actual head. So, if she's thinking at the same time that she's talking, then, as her words become more relaxed and allows herself to just give in and chant obedience to her master... her thoughts are also becoming less resistant and angry. Thus, at the same time she stops fighting it with her chants, she stops fighting it in her thoughts. :)
Meanwhile... those guys on the bridge. ..Get in your looks while you can. ehe.
I imagine maybe 25 minutes later, she arrives at her master's door, stripped to her panties, and ready to obey. Complete with politeness, cute head-tilting and a cheerful, chirping submissiveness. Aww. ^_^

It's awesome to see you here and uploading Karma, your art was some of my firsts and favorites for this stuff. Especially the cute choices of underwear. :3 Keep up the good work!

very cute. Perspective seems a bit off though, unless she's actually a giant.
I had just assumed that the camera's lens was amplifying the foreshortening, making far and large objects appear smaller and closer.
