Part of the appeal of hypnosis is how completely obedient it makes the sub. Other than being funny and silly, nonsense orders like "cluck like a chicken" play on that, because the subject is so entranced they don't even question why.
Suicide or other evil orders like killing or hurting loved ones, betraying friends and similar, are the extreme and evil version of that. The order is no longer nonsense but downright WRONG, yet the victim MUST obey. It makes hypnosis look so powerful, and the sub so completely controlled.
I don't like to see death in porn either (I don't even like vore), but the fact she orders her to stab herself when ordered (and it probably won't happen since from the scene she looks like a hostage)... and she just says "yes", is powerful and kinda hot.
