One might be stretching it to say Hypnohub is a culture to itself, but I think that we have a certain culture of our own, which recognizes certain concepts inherently when viewed. Kaa eyes has a tag because it's recognizable as a certain visual representation of trance from a single source. Same thing with spirals, though that is recognized in wider circles of world culture as a more general signal that the subject is under trance.
