"Scourge the hedgehog"? I'm no all-knowing fan when it comes to the Sonic cartoons but that name doesn't ring a bell. I thought this was a gender-bender/bimbo'd Sonic til I looked at the tags.
Scourge was originally an evil version of sonic from an alternate universe where everyone's morality is switched n'shit where he was known as anti-sonic, so basically he was an uninspired sonic clone who went on to become a minor villain alongside ever other wannabe super villain in the comic verse.
