I think Shining Armor was under Chrissy's control until panel 4. Apparently she wanted them to bang so she could get some food from her love.

Panel 3. He's derp-eyed and they're colored similarly to Chrysalis's. She feeds on their love, so I'd imagine them banging is like going to a buffet and chowing down; ergo, she took control of Shining Armor to try to get them goin' until Cadance got fed up.
