sorry for the horrible pun. there isn't a lot of good 18+ puns for grass-types. I mean, you can't expect it to be as easy to grow-ass. okay, I give up. coming up with a pun with the word "grass" is impossible.

I'd say it's wise to be the trainee first. Then your opponent is already aroused from arousing you, therefore reducing the amount of time needed.
