There are spiral eyes... But I'm not sure if that alone qualifies.

Looking at the source, the artist has done work with mind control in it, but the artist himself doesn't consider this one of them. Also, comparing it to some other pictures in the same set, the artist's spiral eyes are really pronounced, and quite different from this one. The other pictures by this artist that are here are more obviously mind control themed and the words generally add to that, while the words here just say K cup cosplay monk. So I don't think there's any mind control theme here. It's an okay picture of Byakuren though.

I like the style, but I was kinda confused as for whether or not it really was hypno.
I personally don't think it is, butI can kinda see what would qualify it as one.

We reworded and clarified our <<hypnohub.net/wiki/show?title=help%3Arules_and_policies|Rules Page>> a bit in order to make this part a bit clearer:

Drawn or manipped content is also permitted even if the source is not depicting hypnosis or mind control. This includes screencaps of characters with empty eyes that normally do not have empty eyes, or a character swinging an object. These will be addressed on a case-by-case basis to determine if they are permissible.


So pretty much unless the character normally has swirly eyes, it's all right. However, if the character was just hit on the head by a hammer or something...well that's where the "case-by-case basis" comes in. If you're still not too sure, you can always just flag an image and we can check into it.
