What is up with the image? Need to make a lil less obvious you clipped it from some background (All the white pixels along the border) and what's with lady Sombra's shoulders?

It's a transparent background. Click "View larger version" under Options to the left of the image to see it without the black background.

Yyyyep. The My Imouto Booru software uses a third-party software for image sampling or something like that. This is a bug with that third-party software.
