Eh, more or less. The original is a pipe and has a similar caption, 'Ceci n'est pas une pipe.' It's because it's a picture of a pipe, not an actual one. The darkseed reference does the same thing, but adds a psychology twist, as Sigmund Freud liked cigars, and he associated phallic objects with a subconscious desire for male genetalia.
