Not best quality around, but that's all I got... it's a (way too) short scene of the anime Senran Kagura (end of episode 8 !) where dear Hibari finds herself under mind control... Since we can see some anime excerpts around, I thought it belonged here :)

So far in canon the three known shinobi who have confirmed mind control powers are:
Hibari: complete domination type, requires unbroken eye contact.
Haruka: puppetry/body control type, requires skin to skin contact to work.
Dozen: complete domination type, concentration required.
