When the dimensional rift opened the sailor scouts jumped into the opening to stop the monsters from invading earth. The battle ensues as Queen Eternia trying to close the dimensional rift. When the rift slowly closing Queen Eternia ordered her Sailor soldiers to escape back to earth before the rift closing completely. The sailors watched as the rift closing and thought that they already won. Suddenly a huge tentacle monster from the other side tried to hold the rift from closing and trying to push it back open. Queen Eternia, now reverting back to Sailor Moon doesn't have enough power to close the rift. This is when Haruka Tenoh, the Sailor Uranus attacked the tentacle monster and pushed the monster and herself back to the dimension where the monster belong. She battled the monster as the sailors can only watch in despair as the rift closing completely and separating the two dimensions forever. The sailors mourned the sacrifice of their comrade and promise to get stronger.

However, in the other dimension, Haruka is not dead. She battled the monster for a long time until she's too exhausted to move. Expecting death, she was surprised when the monster invaded her brain through her ears. Too exhausted to resist the monster freely invaded her brain and reprogram her brain and hormones, slowly destroying her sanity and memories while altering her body. She tried her best to kept her memory intact by trying to remember happy moments in her life but they slowly fading and replaced by thoughts of obedience, lust and wanting to breed. Her body got altered by the monster so her uterus can endure extreme pregnancy to breed large monsters. Her breasts also slowly grow to massive size as her mammary gland work in overdrive to create milk to feed the spawn. As the last remnant of her memory wiped away she sat in happy trance as the monster starts inseminating her by pumping large amount of sperm-like liquid and eggs into her womb as her tits start lactating large amount of milk.

For Haruka, her duty to protect her old world is over, but in this new world, her new duty to breed as many monsters as possible is her new duty for the rest of her life.
