Story from the commissioner:

Carrow slumped in his chair, deeply relaxed, eyes following the pocket watch suspended from a hidden compartment in the ceiling of his therapist's office. Taria had told him she'd been testing out different induction methods, and from the looks of things they seemed to be very effective. Her soft, melodic voice and comforting words swirled around the tired mouse as his harvest mouse hypnotist spoke right into his ears via the headset she was equipped with. His mouth opened in a sleepy, dazed expression as his heavy-lidded gaze began to falter, the two gentle paws on his shoulders the only thing keeping him upright as he slipped deeper and deeper into a trance...
