The comic is based on a Japanese porn comic, known as Dinaranger. In that comic, the Zofa, an alien race of some kind, attack Japan. They use mind controlled people who were once normal people. However, they came in contact with a latex substance which spreads over them and forms the suit we see on Dash. Pleasure assaults their mind and leaves it defenceless for proper reprogramming. Thus, in short, humans come into contact with latex substance, suit forms on them, mind is defenceless, they get corrupted and turned into mind controlled soldiers.
