I probably missed a WHOLE bunch of tags. It's been a while.
Still, got bit by the manipulation making bug! So...yeah.
Its Chie with hypnotic nail polish that glows. :3
Think I finally found a way to make that glow that I want. Still learning here.
Any advice is appreciated!

And if someone wants to put text to this, feel free. I just couldn't think of anything.

I find Chie hot because she is NOT just another feminine anime gurl.

If anything Yukiko should be hypnotized to be more tomboyish (and to stop whining about everything without ever doing anything about it) :3.

Agreed. I like Chie BECAUSE she's so tomboy-ish. (Although hypnosis on her to make her act the complete opposite is charming.)
That's an idea though, a hypnotized Tomboy-ish Yukiko. If you find something like that, shoot it my way so I can work my "magic" on it. :3

Thank you! Just took some tinkering around with some effects and brushes. Think I finally found a good match to make that glow...well, GLOW. :D

I'm just saying that, due to the hypnotic fingernails. Just something to consider. :P

And yes, part of Chie's charm is that she's tomboyish and is more outgoing. It's why she's constantly vying with Rise among my top 2 spot for the P4 girls.
