Because no one's willing/able to pay to make it real. We'd happily set up a Patreon for the comic (the actual comic, not Chibi-tan 'n Friends) if there was enough people willing to lend financial support.

I'd love it if we did get funding. I think we have something that many people will enjoy, but it is tricky to do without compensating the artist Keeper.
