Well this is a surprise. This is the second of two Lightning bimbo caps I made for a hypno-chan thread waaaaay back when. Didn't even bother to keep the originals saved, so after the site went down I figured they were lost to the ether. Cheers to the uploader for this unexpected blast from the past.

Whew. Okay. When I first saw this, I was ANGRY. I thought someone had tried to mooch off of the Bimbaga series. No worries though. *Edit* I'll be posting my own Lightning Pic soon. I'm not mooching off you, promise.
