Title and commentary dialogue: "IF... please run! I...can't hold myself back anymore...!"

The artist also says they are taking suggestions for the next picture in the comments or through the questionnaire attached to the picture. To answer the questionnaire, click the link right underneath the picture's star rating that says この作品のアンケートに答える ("Answer this work's questionnaire"). The questionnaire content is as follows:

IF's choice?
Answer 1: Don't run (IF route)
Answer 2: Run and get the CPU Candidates (Black Sister* Route)
Answer 3: Run and seek help in another dimension (Iris Heart Route)

*I'm almost certain the second answer is supposed to say Black Sister, but there's a small chance it might be Blanc's Sisters instead (ブラシス=Burashisu).
