I do have to wonder if this obscure & almost forgotten part of TMNT's history will be revived thanks to Next Mutation now being on Netflix.

The creators wanted her buried forever, but since they sold the whole series to Nick, lock, stock, and barrel, the old temptation of creating a character to appeal to girls could resurface.

The appearance the arm bondage gives her is a very nice touch. It makes that semester of art history I took in college totally worth it.
