Would it make more sense if Aoi and Ema's eyes were also spirals since they seem to be under already?

But it is good. And especially using that great image...Excellent choice!

Im not super fond of loli stuff and this is borderline on loli imo but
the animation is well done and smooth, and the pacing of it is perfect. Its also nice and subtle not eyestrain inducing or seizure tempting

Probably, but they aren't for a pretty good reason. The gif already has around 125 frames in it. The first half of the animation uses very few frames since there is no constant spiral animation, if I added spirals to the other girls eyes at the start, the image would quickly balloon up to 300 or more frames. Could I export a gif at this resolution with that many frames? Not in my version of photoshop. I could export it straight from Flash, but it would lose all its optimization and be shitty image quality and shoot up to over 20MB instead of the current 2.7MB.
Storywise I just play it off that the other two have be controlled so long that it's just a natural state for them, and besides, the focus is on Yumi being controlled here.

There is nothing here even remotely loli. The characters all in their 20's. Are you associating lolita fashion (victorian-esque dresses with lots of frills) with under-age characters? That's just silly.

To know that I would have to be familiar with the anime in question, as I am not, all I have are the visual queues in this image to go by. And those point at them being loli, the 3 other people I showed it to said the same and one went so far as to say 'at least one is probably a boy in drag'. So please get off your butthurt horse and chill.

Ah right, huge gif sizes. I had a problem with that too in the past xD

Visual queues? There's barely any information on body type in this picture. But what information there IS, it does not point to loli. You can see the one in the red dress has a bust instead of an undeveloped body. That's shown by the (small) curves as well as the shadow underneath the chest portion of the dress. You can see the back curves of the girl in the black dress (Aoi) to the right, which again, should not be present if it was a loli body-type. What exactly do you see that is loli to you?
Why are you even bringing in the vague opinions of other people if you're trying to argue that the characters objectively look like borderline loli?
