Well, let's look at the horrific elements (1) cronenberg style body horror? Eh, parts aren't coming off, the transformation is only partway done, and its relatively even - I think a better black list for people who find that disturbing would be either animal_transformation or more specifically bug_girl+transformation (assuming they still want to see normal bug girls), (2) blood, Gore, torture? None - the bondage and injections are light, bloodless, & generic. As for identity death, as the secret text reveals, she is coming to believe that she was always an alien broodmother with instincts to match - there may even be the possibility of mental recovery... although they also say "we will use her well until her role is fulfilled" - that could be dark, but is not clearly so
While I agree we need to clearly tag posts, both for searching and avoidance, the goal should not be to avoid any possibility of offense, and we often overly conflate "that could gross me/someone out" with "this is fuel for nightmares"
