Hmm, I see where you're coming from on this Morgoth, but then again we have a few more...violent images as well. We have the death tag autoblacklisted and the nightmare_fuel tag is appropriate, and I've brought up other images of this caliber to Vann before for a better definition on what to consider extreme. I can always revisit this, but comparing to past deletions on the guro front I'm not sure this is close enough.
