good eye! the mask is in fact taken from payday 2, but the man in the suit is 100% original. though now that i look at it, it really does look like one of those guys. oh well

is the JPEGness deliberate? It looks pretty severe. If it is accidental, you will probably get a cleaner image with .png instead.

nope! oliva's webcam is pretty shit as a design choice. the whole layout is meant to feel haphazardly put together to try and give the impression that you're actually watching something happen to this very obscure streamer.
