Unfortunately, this just seems like the same picture with slight color change and then text on the third variation. Not much of a Gif, to be blunt. I'd try taking longer with it and try a different picture or show of animation.

That's just me though. Unfortunately, I have to agree with Mindwipe.

Hmm, I'll toss this to the QCC to see what they think. But I do like the fact that you used dithering here! And it looks optimized too. Allllll the file size reductions!

Sure, the GIF is only 3 separate frames, but it's by no means a low quality work and it'd probably pass if the last image were the whole thing. I think it should stay. Then again, it's up to the QCC now, not me.
