1. Legal issues in certain countries (loli/shota)
2. To protect you from clicking a picture that can affect your health/injure you (seizure_warning)
Everything else, that is neither one of the above and just a case of like/dislike, like scat, is your own responsibility to blacklist. If you can however make a case of one of the 2 points I mentioned above, you can always contact the mods. They respond to messages.
I have it blacklisted so I can't see it but the fact there are 6 scat pics on the front page of HypnoHub today disturbs me.
Right. It disturbs you. It necessarily doesn't disturb others - therefore it is a case for your own personal blacklist.

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure a recent UK law in the past year or so made certain types of porn illegal and I think scat/watersports were in that list. If a mod wants to verify that then that'll be helpful.
Like I said, talk to the admins. I am not an admin. I've heard of it, but it's a rather stupid law though - even the british acknowledge that. The funny thing though is, that it also disallows any non-consensual kind of sexual intercourse (e.g. rape, but also mindrape or making a person consent via certain means e.g. hypnosis) and torture, which you conveniently missed in your argumentation. Even several sex toys are disallowed through this law. If the site chooses to add to the default blacklist because of that, it would probably flag a huge amount of pictures and not just scat/urination.

Very very quick point and coming from a citizen of the United Kingdom, porn which contains those elements is not illegal to watch or draw in any shape or form. The law prohibits the creation of such porn in the UK not its viewership so the hub shouldn't have to worry at all about auto-blacklisting those things.
