Mismagius can learn Dazzling Gleam; and if you train it in sp. attack and speed, it should be able to hold it's own :)

If I may be nerdy for a second as well.. Of course they're going to have a huge dark type weakness, it's a mono-type team =P Fairy could be covered with both Gengar and Chandelure, plus they said it's their ORAS team, not a competitive team. (Story-mode is a joke)

So can Gengar (and it also hits harder and is faster), but how is that supposed to help against Sucker Punch, Pursuit or faster threats like Weavile? ><

So? Mono-type parties are the best. I did an Alpha Sapphire mono-Dragon run a while back, it was amazing. Besides, plenty of mono-type teams have those little tricks to make up for their weaknesses.
