Pixel art or not, this is still a case of "hypnosis because it says hypnosis". I mean, she's just asleep. Also, that last edit is bad even for pixel art.

This is some of the art I'm using for a ROM hack I'm working on. Basically you start with a Drowzee and go through the game using HYPNOSIS and PSYCHIC on various girls throughout the game. Definitely not an artist though. Thanks for the compliments! Any suggestions on how to improve the psychic one are welcomed.!

Agreeing with this. Maybe with context it would work better, but not as is.
A romhack might be neat, I'll be interested in seeing how that goes, EViLGRiN.

Pixel art is strange to me, so I have no real standards by which to consider this image's quality. So, I'll throw it to the QCC and see what they have to say. Fair chance it might stay. I'll leave it in their capable hands.
