"Even when he had it all, the Master still seemed like he wasn't satisfied enough. They all lived in a magnificent palace, isolated from the rest of the world on his uncharted private island in the middle of nowhere. The palace had an endless power source, a vast stock of food and other goods, all the luxuries that money could buy. The last census counted 45 slaves living in there, all of them young, beautiful, gorgeous women completely brainwashed, ready to fulfill his every wish and command. They were organized in different crews that took care of cooking, security and general maintenance of that paradise on Earth that he has built there. Could anybody ask for more?
Apparently, he could. Even when he was surrounded by that little army of physical perfect mindless women at his dispossal, he wasn't able to shake the overwhelming solitude that was driving him crazy since the sex with his slaves became boring, mere routine. Maybe that was the reason behind his constant visits to the outside world. He was searching, looking for a way to fill the void inside him. Anyway, every time he just returned to the palace with even more mind controlled slaves, but still unsatisfied, still without the answer he had been looking for since he gained the power to impose his will on others.
That urge for company made him take risky decisions, like giving his two favourite slaves some kind of autonomy and a personality that more or less resembled their previous one. Carmen was his very first love, the woman he dreamed with for very long, and also the very first one to become his slave. Salome was, without doubt, the sexiest and more beautiful among his thralls. These two were given some sort of limited command over the other whenever the Master wasn't around, but even when he allowed them to have some thoughts of their own, he just realized that even if they were so beautiful, in the end they were just awful persons, cold and empty as her mindless selves. However, they still were allowed to retain that little autonomy the Master bestowed upon then. Which turned out to be a fatal mistake on his part, when, bored by his abscence, the two of them decided to take a self shot and send it to the Master's cell phone, just to tease him. No harm could be done from a picture, right?

This picture was inside a lost cell phone at an international airport, now on Interpol's custody. The image shows none other than Salome Asselborn, the Hollywood's superstar that was pressumed to have died when her plane exploded in the middle of the South Pacific, a couple of years ago. The data on the device shows that the picture was taken just a couple of weeks ago, the reasons why Asselborn didn't contact anybody during that time remains unknow. She's accompanied by identified suspect Carmen Belmonte, searched by the mexican police over the murder on cold blood of his fiancee, having found her fingerprints on the homicidal weapon. The evidence suggests also that this could be related to the cases of several women dissapereances across the world, probably a, extensive criminal network of human trafficking. Technicians have pointed out that the picture was sent from a point of the South Pacific, a team has been already dispatched there.

Along with the detectives, several other forces were to converge on that tiny lost piece of rock. Underground, mystical forces, attracted by the power in there, that were guiding them like a beacon. An angry spirit of vengeance was also directed there, leaving a clear path of destruction behind him. The robotical legions of the nefarious Professor Faust were on their way too. And just on their tail, chasing them, the metahuman protectors of this globe. All of them, without knowing, setting in motion events that will unchain a forgotten ancient power that will be the end to everything that exists."

So, where's the mc in the picture. The eyes certainly don't show any. Is the mc only in the story?

Looked to me more like the general art style. But I guess you could see it like that.
