well, I love the base pic, and the circles are very interesting, but I find the fuzziness, especially as it covers some of the best parts of Mai and Ty lee, a bit disconcerting; overall I can see this effect being used very well for some pics where there is less going on outside of the main face, but it'd be nice for pics like this if there was more central clarity and a thinner ring of fuzziness at the edges

The idea in theory is good, like to draw attention to the Dom, and have it be like a pic hypnosis about to happen.

Is there a tag for the blurry effect that we see with this pic? If not, it would be a great thing to add due to the fact that people who don't like the effect (or get physically sick from it) could blacklist it.
