That's the point, though. XD

It's just supposed to let people know that an image needs further tagging. It's actually a uploading/tagging feature of most booru software.

It is, though it's been badly edited. God knows why as the thing looks terrifying now.
As far as sourcing goes, this probably is the source. This wasn't edited by Hypnoman, I know that for damn sure.
