Similar advice as before. Try to preserve the quality of the original image when adding on manips or texts. I'm not sure what exactly you're doing, but it's very blurry and warped compared to the source.

I'm still new to this. I don't know any good site, I've been using PowerPoint and saving as a PNG

Not as powerful as gimp or photoshop, but very intuitive, easy to use, and definitely good enough for your purposes
