This is actually a remake of an old manip I have in my folders.
Back when I was still beginning to learn to manip. I mean, I still am but...you know what i mean.
I figured with all the wonderful Chi-Chi art that's been flowing in, I'd throw in a Bulma for fun. Like a bargain deal, you know?

Anyways, advice is appreciated. Hope you enjoy. :3
(And I plan on doing something for the monthly theme. I hope. o3o)
