Hate to be "that" guy but there is no hypno here. The Milkweed Rune doesn't have any overt or implied hypnotic effects. It simply turns you intoa broccoli headed tentacle man/woman.
Even the whole "tentacles wrapping around body" thing isn't in anyway MC, since that's an actual attack you use if you pair the Milkweed Rune with the Kos Parasite.
True but it also doesn't turn your skin blue so it can meet the bare minimum for corruption, plus by their very nature, parasites tend to involve some form of alteration just as much on the mind as on the body.
