"Super Bebop and Mighty Rocksteady" hypnotizes her and turns her into a slave, mental regression, then a dog and monkey, if I recall.

"Revenge of the Fly" sort of counts. She's turned into a mutant wasp to do Baxter Stockman's bidding. She looks weird, but she also fights the control pretty hard.

At first, April O'Neal had found herself wondering what the executives at Channel Six had been smoking when they approved "The Great Hypnodini Hypnosis Hour" a show starring, oh course, the Great Hypnodini, a professional stage hypnotist whom April had heard some rather unsavory rumors. Allegations of sexual misconduct, harassment, and misdemeanors that made April question what he was doing outside a jail cell, much less tv. Even more infuriating was when Hypnodini had somehow gotten a hold of April's phone number and started calling her, insisting that see be one of the first guests on the premiere episode.
But, when she'd gone to her bosses to complain and threatened to file harassment charges, they insisted that she first watch Hypnodini's pilot, and they wouldn't hear another word of protest before she did. Reluctantly, April agreed and went home to view the tape, expecting to see some sort of dumb, cliche stage show that would make her wish she could get the time wasted on it back.
Instead, April's eyes were opened to the shows true purpose: The Great Hypnodini's Hypnosis Hour was not only meant to entertain, but to educate! Through watching the show, April now knew the truth, about herself and other women:
She was a slave.
Hypnodini was her master.
Hypnodini's will was her will.
Hypnodini's pleasure was her pleasure.
All women were Hypnodini's slaves, whether they knew the truth or not.
All women must be made aware of their place as Hypnodini's slaves.
And now that she knew these truths, April could not wait to appear on her master's show and help spread these truths. But first April would need to watch the tape again and again, until she could no longer feel any part's of her mind rebelling against her master, then she would be his completely. Only then would she make a proper slave, one all those learning Hypnodini's truths for the first time could aspire to emulate.
